music

Our music is a blend of melodic heavy rock with additions, ideas and arrangements characteristic for progressive rock. It can safely be stated that the band’s style oscillates between progrock and contemporary progmetal music, abounding with various additions in spite of a relatively compact lineup. There are some sound experiments to be found here, as well as lots of melodies and dynamics; the band also uses synthesizer parts to add a little softness to the edges of the naturally heavy sound.

“Infinite Imaginations” is the debut album of ANIMATE on which you can hear lots of guitars, melodic vocals and little bits of odd, but good, grooves cooked up with some sweet synthesizers and bass pedals. The music on this album has been more than 10 years in the making, during which time many roads were travelled, and many obstacles were overcome until finally ANIMATE were able to put it all together and release their first long-playing album which you can hear in Spotify, Tidal, Deezer, iTunes and other streams,  including YouTube  below.

Wrote about album:

Music that is expansive with great soloing but doesn’t lose sight of melody. A strong vocalist and hell even some symphonic keyboards. There are bands out there still but they are far and few between. Along comes the first full length release from Polish band Animate. If you are on the same page as me you need to check these guys out. Excellent vocals and chops from hell but at the end of the day its all about the songs and they have put together some killer songs. If life ever goes back to normal I expect they will get exposure outside of Poland and we’ll hear a lot more. This is the good stuff..  BUY OR DIE! (Ken Golden / www.lasercd.com )
